These terms apply to all orders concluded through our online shop, for both consumers and business customers, in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the European Union countries we ship to.

The display of products in the online shop is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. By placing your order you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail, and at the latest when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where goods are unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error.

All prices are shown including VAT where applicable and excluding delivery costs, which are shown separately. Prices are stated in convertible marks (BAM) and, for EU deliveries, may also be shown in euros (EUR). The price displayed at the time you place your order applies. For cross-border deliveries, customs or tax obligations may apply under the rules of the destination country.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Payment by card through a secure payment service provider.
• Cash on delivery, where available for the chosen delivery area.

The availability of each payment method is shown at checkout. The goods remain our property until payment is made in full.

We deliver through our shipping partners, including BH Pošta and other couriers, to the address you provide when ordering. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. As we sell perishable food products, delivery is arranged so as to preserve the freshness and safety of the products.

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, for perishable food products and for sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal is excluded by law. We are liable for the conformity of the goods delivered in accordance with the law. If a product is damaged, defective, delivered incorrectly or spoiled on arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Submit a complaint without undue delay after you discover the defect, as described on the Returns, Complaints & Right of Withdrawal page.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. This limitation does not affect consumers' mandatory rights under the applicable law.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, trade mark and design, is the property of EDIN BABIĆ BH DELIKATESE d.o.o. or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution or other use without our prior written consent is not permitted.

These terms and the contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

We seek to resolve disputes amicably. For out-of-court dispute resolution, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in a dispute-resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body unless required by law.

We reserve the right to amend these terms to reflect changes in the law or in our offering. Each order is governed by the version of the terms in force at the time the order is placed. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change.
